I had the pleasure of being taken out to a brewery I’ve never been to before: Crow & Wolf, which is in Clovis. On principle alone, I like the name, as I much adore wolves and intelligent birds. Although it’s ravens that share a symbiotic relationship with wolves, Crow & Wolf has a nice ring to it. The brewery doesn’t serve food, but there are food trucks outside that do, and one can choose to sit and eat in the brewery or outside (not in this summer). Much of the “menu” is their very own beers, and with so wide a variety, there’s almost nothing anyone can’t try, even non-beer drinkers.
